"A place that feels like home"

Thank you for everything you have done for our children and all of us.  You are, and always will be, part of the family.  You have loved, cared for and taught our children so much and they have grown incredibly in your care.  You have been there for all of us through the good and the bad times and we cannot thank you enough. You have, without a doubt, been a strength and constant throughout the last 7 years.  Thank you - we will miss you beyond words.   The Read family

Our son has developed so much into his little, amusing and caring self, making lots of friendships and enjoying all the different activities you have to offer.
Forest School being one of his favourite things to do!  He loves being outside and you have nurtured his love of all things mini-beasts and nature that he is teaching us every day.

OUR PEDAGOGY

By the time our children leave us, our intention is that they have learnt to be resilient, independent and curious.

Our Curriculum looks and feels different for each cohort, every day but our intent remains the same.  The children and adults construct the cuuriculum together, the children will show us what they are interested in and are motivated to learn when they are able to connect with new skills and ideas to guide their learning and development.

Our Curriculum Intent offers a wide variety of rich experiences that are crucial to child development.  We believe children learn best when they are interested, curious and deeply engaged, which in the early years is best achieved through play.

Our approach is child-led learning, we see children as confident and capable learners who can lead their own learning and develop their own ideas and theories, whilst practitioners observe, support and extend the learning alongside the child.  We believe that the careful combination of adult directed and uninterrupted child-initiated play ensure the best outcomes for children.

It is our intent that all children develop physically, verbally, cognitively and emotionally in an environment which values all cultures, communities and people.

Our curriculum is available on the Famly App and displayed in the Entrance Hall
